Many people use gentle heat to relax and ease the feeling of tension or stiffness after a long day. This is a wellness product, not a medical device. If you have a health condition, circulation problems or diabetes, or you are pregnant, check with a professional first.
You can set the timer for 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes on the controller. It starts at 30 minutes when you turn it on.
We don't recommend it. Use it while you're awake, start on a low level and don't keep it on the same area of skin for too long.
